Can I send my photos through WhatsApp?
Unfortunately, for several reasons we cannot accept photos on Whatsapp. We only accept photos through Google Drive. To make it easier, you can download the Google Drive app to your phone and upload the photos directly from your phone gallery.
Is it possible to get a quicker turnaround?
Sometimes yes! Contact us via email or Whatsapp and we will do our best to accommodate
Can I upload landscape and portrait photos?
Yes it is possible to upload both dimensions! we recommend using longitudinal images for decks playing cards.
Can I use photos taken on my phone?
Yes, we can use photos taken on your phone!
The quality of the photos depends on the quality of the phone itself. We don’t recommend sending screenshots and photos from Whatsapp, as they are lower quality.
Is it possible to design cards in a new concept that does not exist on the site?
Yes, we do offer that possibility. Please contact us on WhatsApp or email so we can better understand what you have in mind. Together we will think about how to turn your idea into a deck of cards.
What material are the cards made of?
The cards are made of polyester. The cards are printed in high quality and are waterproof and very durable.
Is Picka Card a good gift for employees?
Yes, definitely! You can make each employee a personalized deck of cards, or you can make one deck for everyone with your company logo and photos from corporate events.
Do the cards come packaged as a gift?
Yes, metal box in a beautiful designed cardboard box.
Is it possible to add a greeting card?
Yes, You can purchase a card with a personal greeting.
How do I choose the categories for Go Fish? Can you give me an examples?
Each game is different and the categories should meet the purpose of the gift. We recommend starting with collecting the pictures you know you want to use. Once you have those it will be easier to divide them into categories. For example: you want to make a deck of cards for your husband for his birthday. Start by collecting photos for the categories you are sure to want, such as: wedding, pregnancy, children, trips abroad, love etc. As you find additional photos you want to use, you will find common themes for them. We also always recommend going with nostalgic moments like childhood, school, moments from the past, etc.
Is it possible to make changes to the existing designs of the cards?
Some changes can be made. When you place your order, you can write comments to the designer. Please indicate that you would like to make design changes. If these are critical changes, please contact us in advance to make sure they are feasible
Should I leave the jpg extension in the images names?
Yes, please do not remove the extension! This is what saves the image as a file.
Don't worry, we will not add this part into the text of the cards.
